A few months ago I had a father of one of my grooms come in to get remeasured for his tux as he had lost a lot of weight and inches. up date: I am going into the 9th week of my 90 day challenge. To my surprise I'm seeing changes in my body and Scotts' Our health is improving, little ache and pains aren't there. I sew alot and my hands for years have hurt all the time but... in this last few weeks they don't. My... grandson ask me if Scott was using "just for men" as his hair and mustache wasn't as grey as it use to be. I got some pictures out and he was right also he had a little more hair on top it wasn't as thin. My skin is smoother and I have a little more color and nails are prettier. I am allergic to tap water...hasn't been as bad and when I have a reaction, it isn't as bad, it doesn't last as long as it use to.
